Candidate should have experience in insurance and team handling experience can be considered
Role Objective
- Drive Motor Insurance with sales teams across locations (From BH till USM level) towards business target achievement in line with ILs short term and long term objectives
- Engage with cross functional teams (Sales, UW, PMT, IT, Ops, Marketing, Legal, etc.) to design and successfully execute strategic projects in a timebox setting
- Evolve and better the entire practice by regularly benchmarking renewal products, processes, tech, etc. with industry and implementing them within IL
- Deep level analysis of data and guiding actions basis the same
- Enable and support sales in order to achieve superior service levels towards customer and partner
Must Haves Ability to completely own KRAs and deliver projects end-to-end Working knowledge and experience of all health products (both Retail and Benefit)
Proactive and agile behavior, with solution-oriented, can-do attitude and creative mindset
Ability to interact with multiple depts. and senior management (Mancom / Excom), and successfully deliver on expectations of IL from Retention practice
Analytical bent of mind and ability to translate data into action
Required Qualification / Experience Full Time Graduate / Post Graduate
