Job Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and motivate the team to achieve assigned business and collection targets.

- Generate new customers and promote gold loan and other financial products.

- Allocate daily tasks and monitor team members' performance.

- Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on leads and overdue accounts.

- Support the team in achieving loan disbursement, renewal, and collection targets.

- Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure quality customer service.

- Monitor daily sales and collection activities and submit reports to the Branch Manager.

- Guide team members in proper documentation, KYC, and company procedures.

- Identify new business opportunities and support branch growth.





- Follow up on pending payments and improve collection efficiency.

- Train and guide recent team members on sales, customer handling, and company policies.

- Ensure compliance with company rules, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate with the Branch Manager and other departments for smooth branch operations.

- Take corrective action and provide performance feedback to team members when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
