This is a hands-on player-coach role. The successful candidate will be responsible for both individual sales performance and overall team performance, including prospecting, conducting demos, following up with leads, handling objections, negotiating, closing sales, and coaching the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Personally prospect, engage, follow up with, and close qualified leads.

Conduct sales calls, discovery meetings, product demos, and negotiations.

Meet an assigned individual monthly sales target in addition to the team's target.

Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Monitor calls, demos, follow-ups, conversions, and individual sales performance.

Step in to support or close difficult and high-value opportunities.

Ensure all leads receive timely and consistent follow-up.

Maintain accurate CRM/tracker updates and pipeline visibility.

Improve lead-to-demo and demo-to-sale conversion rates.





Conduct regular pipeline reviews and coaching sessions.

Develop stronger sales scripts, objection-handling approaches, and closing strategies.

Report on individual and team revenue, pipeline, conversions, and key sales KPIs.

Requirements

4+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of personally closing deals.

At least 2 years of sales team management experience.

Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.

Experience selling to U.S.-based clients preferred.

SaaS, legal-tech, technology, or skilled-services sales experience is an advantage.

Excellent spoken and written English.

Strong leadership and sales coaching ability.

Comfortable working with sales targets, CRMs, and performance metrics.

Must be available during U.S. business hours.
