Role & responsibilities

We are a leading Real Estate Channel Partner firm dealing in premium residential and commercial projects across Tricity &beyond.; We are authorized channel partners for top builders like DLF, Trident, Vamana, JLPL, Atlantis, The One, STJ, Vintage, Escon, Ananta, Goyal Infra, Exotic, Medallion,Highland, The Elysium, Sigma, Idyllic, Affinity, Motia, etc. We are looking for energetic Telecallers to join our growing sales team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead Calling & Qualification: Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company (No cold calling / No lead generation from your side). Explain projects and qualify the customer's interest, budget, and location preference.
2. Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to build relationships.
3. Site Visit Scheduling: Convince qualified customers and fix site visits for the sales team.
4. CRM Management: Update lead status, call remarks, and follow-up dates accurately in the CRM / Google Sheet daily.
5. Coordination:



Coordinate with the sales team and ensure smooth handover of hot leads for site visits and closures.
6. Target Achievement: Achieve daily calling targets (80-120 calls) and monthly site visit targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (Punjabi is a plus)
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-centric approach
- Basic computer knowledge - MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM handling
- Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support preferred. Real Estate experience will be an added advantage.
- Graduate can apply
- Age: 21 to 45
