We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Real Estate Team Leader to manage, motivate, and guide a sales team to achieve business and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate the real estate sales team.
- Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.
- Generate and manage leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Build solid relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably team-handling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
