Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and confident Part-Time Telemarketing Executive to join our sister concern of Chaosology. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads. Candidates residing near Sankar Colony, Palayamkottai will be given first preference.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers.
- Promote company products/services and explain features clearly.
- Maintain daily call logs and update customer details.
- Schedule follow-up calls and assist in lead conversion.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with the internal team for lead tracking and updates.
Requirements
- Location: Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with telemarketing/calling experience.
- Tamil Language Proficiency; English is an added advantage.
- Basic phone handling and customer interaction skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
