Role Description The Sales Staff role is a contract position based in Lucknow with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in office client interactions with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and approaching potential customers, explaining financial products and services, and guiding clients through application and approval processes. The role involves maintaining accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions, as well as following up with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Sales

Staff are expected to meet defined sales targets, coordinate with internal teams for documentation and customer support,



and uphold compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

- Proven ability to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and communicate financial product features clearly.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience working toward targets or objectives.
- Basic understanding of financial services or willingness to quickly learn about loan, credit, and investment products.
- Good organizational and documentation skills, including accurate record-keeping and follow-up management.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages relevant to Lucknow.
- Comfort with using phones, email, and common digital tools (such as spreadsheets, CRM systems, or mobile apps) for sales activities.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, including local travel in Lucknow for client meetings when required.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles in financial services or related sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
