Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Gandhinagar.

The Sales

Specialist will engage with walk-in and referred customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable home décor and furnishing products to drive sales conversions. Day-to-day responsibilities include demonstrating product features, explaining pricing and offers, managing billing and order entries, and maintaining an organized and visually appealing display area. The role also involves handling customer queries and concerns, following up on leads, supporting promotional activities, and collaborating with the team to meet individual and store sales targets.

The Sales





Specialist may assist in training new team members on product knowledge and sales processes, and is expected to adhere to company policies and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with customers, understand requirements, and provide a positive buying experience.
- Proven Sales abilities, with experience in retail or home décor sales preferred, and the capacity to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Exposure to Training or mentoring, with the ability to support onboarding and skill development of new team members.
- Basic Sales Management capabilities, such as tracking leads, monitoring performance, and supporting promotional initiatives.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail in managing inventory, displays, and documentation.
- Comfort with using POS systems and basic computer applications for billing and record-keeping.
- Ability to work on-site in Gandhinagar, including weekends or peak seasons as required.
- Prior experience in retail, home furnishings, or a customer-facing role is an advantage; a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
