Role Description This Sales Specialist internship is a hybrid role based in Coimbatore, with a mix of in office work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing customers, explaining product features, and demonstrating how Stonebase™️ solutions can address their business needs.

The intern will support the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline management, as well as assist with onboarding and basic training for new customers. The role also involves documenting customer interactions, gathering feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to improve the sales process and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills,



including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, responsiveness, and handling inquiries professionally.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, such as understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and supporting deal closure.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management support skills, including assisting in product demos and helping track sales activities.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with SaaS or technology products, basic CRM or sales tools knowledge, and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Preference: MBA, BBA, BCom. A ny degree with sales skills. Freshers/ 0-1.5 years experience with willingness to work at least 1 year with the company.
