Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist at Skillofy_AI.

The Sales

Specialist will identify and qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and guide prospective learners and partner organizations through the enrollment or engagement process. Daily responsibilities include conducting discovery calls,



presenting program offerings and AI solutions, addressing inquiries, and maintaining robust customer relationships through timely and professional communication. The role involves collaborating with marketing and training teams to align messaging, provide feedback from the market, and support webinars or info sessions.

The Sales

Specialist will also track performance using CRM tools, meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills.
- Candidates should possess the ability to deliver Training or product/program walkthroughs to prospective clients.
- Experience in edtech, SaaS, or technology services is beneficial.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, sales analytics, and remote collaboration platforms.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
- Relevant education or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
