About the Role

Tenders+ is looking for motivated and results-driven sales professionals to join our growing sales team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and driving revenue growth by connecting businesses with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities.
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, meetings, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Tenders+ solutions.
- Build and maintain robust, long-term client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs,



and business opportunities.

For Sales Manager
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, and target achievement.

Requirements

- Sales Executive: 1–2 years of experience
- Senior Sales Executive: 3–5 years of experience
- Sales Manager: 5+ years of experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, SaaS, procurement, or tendering will be an advantage.
