Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, introducing Elan’s wallcovering solutions, and generating sales leads and conversions.

Specialist will answer inbound inquiries, provide detailed product information, and guide customers through pricing, availability, and ordering processes. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM, following up on potential leads,



and coordinating with the sales and showroom teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Specialist will also support basic training and onboarding of new team members on call scripts and customer interaction standards, and share customer feedback to help improve products and services.

Qualifications

- Robust Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.
- Proven Sales skills, with experience in telesales or inside sales, lead generation, and closing opportunities.
- Ability to support Training activities, such as sharing best practices and assisting with onboarding new team members.
- Prior experience in retail, interiors, or home décor sales is an advantage.
- Comfort working with CRM or sales tracking tools and basic MS Office applications.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
