Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Noida.

The Sales

Specialist will identify and qualify prospective clients, present Clearcover’s insurance products, and recommend appropriate coverage options based on client risk profiles and business requirements. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-up to proposal preparation, policy onboarding, and post-sale support.

Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and claim coordination,



maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. The position also includes participating in product training, staying current on industry regulations, and supporting marketing or client education initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to drive new business, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue targets.
- Experience in Training or coaching to support client education and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
- Prior experience in insurance broking, financial services, or B2B solutions is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with commercial insurance products and basic risk assessment concepts is an advantage.
- Comfort working with CRM systems, MS Office tools, and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field preferred.
