**: Sales Specialist – Compliance

Role Purpose

As a Sales Specialist – Compliance, you will be the front face of FINTS, responsible for engaging prospective clients, presenting our compliance products and training programs, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or MBA holders eager to build a high-growth career in financial services and compliance sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify, engage, and connect with prospective individual learners and institutional clients across your target region.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements and present suitable FINTS compliance solutions and training certifications.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of leads, follow up consistently via phone/email, and track progress toward sales goals.
- Client Relationship Building: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing queries and facilitating a seamless onboarding process.
- Market Feedback: Gather industry insights and client feedback to collaborate with internal teams on improving sales strategies.





Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Open to any Bachelor’s degree graduate or MBA degree holder (Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Personality: High energy, persuasive personality with a strong willingness to learn and excel in corporate sales.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic familiarity with email tools, MS Office (Excel, Word), and general CRM/lead tracking platforms.

Position Details & Work Culture
- Role Title: Sales Specialist | Compliance
- Compensation: Fixed salary of ₹18,000 per month
- Work Schedule: Hybrid Model (4 days in office + 1 day work-from-home)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Fixed weekends off: Saturday & Sunday)
