Role Description The Sales Specialist role at CRAFTED CARBON is a full-time, in office position based in Surat.

The Sales

Specialist will engage with existing and prospective clients, present lab-grown diamond products, and manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to order closure. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries, preparing quotations, maintaining accurate sales records, and coordinating with the inventory and operations teams to ensure timely delivery. The role involves building strong client relationships, following up on leads, providing product demonstrations, and participating in sales meetings.

Specialist may also support training sessions for team members and contribute to sales strategy discussions to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Customer Service abilities to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Proven Sales skills to manage leads, negotiate terms, and close deals in a competitive market.
- Experience in Training or mentoring team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Exposure to Sales Management practices, including pipeline tracking and performance reporting.
- Prior experience in the jewelry, diamond, or luxury goods industry is desirable.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Surat with a focus on collaboration and accountability.
- Ability to use CRM or sales tracking tools; proficiency with basic office software.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
