Orbit Textile Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sales & Service Executive to join our team in Coimbatore.
The role involves working directly with textile spinning mills across the region, understanding customer requirements, developing relationships and supporting our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Visit and interact with textile mills and customers
- Develop current customer relationships and maintain existing ones
- Understand requirements and recommend suitable products
- Handle enquiries, quotations and order follow-ups
- Coordinate with principals and the internal team
- Provide product and service support to customers
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers and report market feedback
What we’re looking for
- Mechanical / Textile Engineering background preferred
- Freshers with a desire to pursue careers in sales are welcome to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel within the region
- Interest in learning about textile machinery and manufacturing
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
