Role Description The Sales Service Representative is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the entire sales cycle and ensuring a positive experience for prospects and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, qualifying leads, preparing proposals or quotes, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams to understand service offerings, providing product information, and resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner.

The Sales Service

Representative will also follow up with leads, schedule and support sales calls or demos,
