Associate to manage our Sniffit kiosk at DB Mall.
What You'll Do
1. Drive sales: Approach customers, understand their needs and convert conversations into purchases.
2.Be the face of Sniffit: Explain our products, ingredients, benefits and how to use them in a simple, engaging way.
3. Record customer data: Collect and maintain customer information and leads ac
4. Manage inventory: Keep track of stock, identify low-stock products and maintain basic inventory records.
5.Maintain the kiosk:
Keep the display clean, organised and well-stocked throughout the shift.
6.Share feedback: Track common customer questions, objections and feedback and report them to the Sniffit team.
Who We're Looking For
1.Someone confident, energetic and comfortable talking to strangers
2.Robust communication and interpersonal skills
3.Naturally sales-oriented and motivated by targets
- Responsible and punctual
- Comfortable working independently
- Prior sales, retail, events or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not mandatory
