About Sartorial

Sartorial is a premium menswear destination specialising in Raymond fabrics, bespoke tailoring, custom shirts, suits, trousers, wedding wear and personalised styling.

We are looking for a confident, well-groomed and customer-focused Sales Executive who can represent the Sartorial brand and create a premium shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with a warm and professional approach.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fabrics, colours, patterns, fits and styles.
- Generate sales through effective product presentation, customer engagement and follow-ups.
- Explain the features, quality and suitability of different Raymond fabrics and tailoring options.
- Take customer requirements for custom shirts, suits, trousers, wedding wear and bespoke garments.
- Coordinate with the tailoring team to ensure customer requirements are communicated accurately.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on pending orders, trials and deliveries.
- Assist in maintaining an organised, premium and visually appealing showroom.
- Support seasonal campaigns, recent collections and promotional activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer-service targets.





Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident, presentable and well-groomed.
- Comfortable interacting with customers from different backgrounds.
- Good at communication and relationship building.
- Interested in menswear, fabrics, fashion and styling.
- Able to understand customer preferences and convert them into sales.
- Proactive with follow-ups and lead generation.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls and basic computer applications.
- Target-oriented but focused on providing a premium customer experience.
- A team player who can coordinate effectively with tailors and showroom staff.

Experience Preferred Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:
- Premium menswear retail
- Fabric / textile sales
- Suiting & shirting
- Bespoke tailoring
- Men's fashion
- Luxury retail
- Wedding / ethnic menswear
- Raymond, Siyaram's, Donear or similar premium fabric brands

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in menswear may also apply.
