Job Summary

Urban Masala & Edible Oil is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Representative to promote and sell our RudraFresh range of spices and food products.

The candidate will be responsible for developing current retailers, wholesalers, dealers and distributors, generating regular orders, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit retailers, wholesalers, dealers and distributors in assigned areas.
- Generate new customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Promote RudraFresh spice products and introduce new products to the market.
- Take orders from customers and regularly follow up for repeat orders.
- Develop strong relationships with shopkeepers, dealers and distributors.
- Identify new markets and potential business opportunities.
- Explain product pricing, schemes, offers and margins to customers.
- Collect market feedback regarding pricing, competitors and customer demand.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the company for collections.
- Maintain daily records of customer visits, enquiries, orders and sales activities.
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Support promotional activities,



sampling campaigns and dealer/distributor schemes.
- Achieve assigned sales targets in terms of quantity, customer acquisition and revenue.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in FMCG, spices, food products, grocery or general trade sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and field-sales interest may also apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel regularly in the assigned territory.
- Knowledge of local markets, retailers and distributors will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Preferred Experience 1–3 years in FMCG / Food / Spices / General Trade Sales
