We are looking for a Sales Representative who can help us generate new business and bring clients to our digital marketing agency.
The ideal candidate should be confident, good at communication, comfortable speaking with potential clients, and motivated by sales targets and incentives.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, networking, and other channels.
- Contact potential clients and understand their business and marketing requirements.
- Explain our digital marketing services and how they can help businesses grow.
- Schedule meetings and calls with potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth client onboarding.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Prepare basic sales reports and provide regular updates to the management.

Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–2 years of sales/business development experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Comfortable making calls and speaking with potential clients.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales role.
Salary & Incentives Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹19,000 per month
Additional Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives on successful client conversions.
Higher earnings are possible based on sales performance and target achievement.
