We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, references, online platforms, and market visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information with customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and market research to identify potential opportunities.
- Coordinate with the internal Sales, Engineering, Purchase, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Attend exhibitions,



customer meetings, and industry events when required.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; a degree/diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email communication.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and market visits.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
