- Visit medical stores, pharmacies, hospitals, clinics and other healthcare customers regularly.
- Introduce and promote JB Pharmahub's generic medicines, surgical products, injections, vaccines and other pharmaceutical products.
- Generate current customers and maintain good relationships with existing medical stores.
- Collect orders from pharmacies and medical stores according to the company's supply schedule.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on pending orders and payments from customers.
- Communicate product availability, pricing and offers to customers.
- Identify fast-moving products and market demand in the assigned area.
- Coordinate with the office/warehouse team for timely delivery of orders.
- Submit daily visit, order and collection reports to the management.
- Develop new pharmacy accounts and expand the company's distribution network.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales/distribution is preferred.
- Good communication and customer relationship skills.
- Knowledge of the local pharmacy/medical store market will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Thiruvananthapuram and nearby areas.
- Target-oriented and responsible.
Key Responsibility: Visit pharmacies → Take orders → Build customer relationships → Generate sales → Follow up payments → Expand the customer network.
Salary & Commission
- Fixed Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Travel Allowance: As per company policy
- Sales Commission: Attractive commission based on monthly sales performance
- Performance Incentive: Additional incentives for achieving/exceeding monthly targets
- Salary + Commission: Higher earning potential for good performers
