Experience: 1-5 years Fresher / Entry-Level (Freshers Welcome)
Job Location: Kolkata
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sales activities including lead generation, client visits, and product promotion
- Provide basic technical service and support to customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features to clients
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Prepare daily visit reports and update sales/service records
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and service resolution
- Travel locally to customer sites as required
Requirements & Skills
- Qualification: Diploma Engineer / ITI / B.Sc / BBA (Any relevant stream)
- Freshers are welcome; prior internship or field experience is a plus
- Willingness to travel for field visits
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic technical understanding and problem-solving ability Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn
