About the Role

We're hiring a confident, customer-focused Sales Representative to work directly with our international customers in the US, UK, and Canada. You'll handle the full sales conversation, from first enquiry to closed sale, and represent the Backdropsource brand to customers overseas. This role suits someone who is sharp on calls, comfortable with global clients, and quick to learn modern sales and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Speak with new and existing clients in the US, UK, and Canada through calls, video meetings, and email
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right backdrop, display, or trade show product
- Follow up on inbound leads quickly and convert them into confirmed sales
- Use AI tools (CRM assistants, chat/email tools, research tools)



to work faster and personalise outreach
- Build long-term relationships with international and repeat customers
- Keep accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activity in the CRM
- Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order delivery

Requirements

- Strong spoken and written English, with the confidence to hold natural, consultative conversations with international customers
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Comfortable using AI tools daily and curious to learn new ones
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to handle client objections professionally
- Willing to work night shifts from our Coimbatore office

Preferred (Nice to Have)

- Experience selling to or working with US/UK/Canada clients
- Prior experience in international sales, voice process, or customer service
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to perform well in a quick-paced, target-driven environment
