UNOAH AI Ltd. is hiring a Sales & Relationship Manager for UNOAH Union.

We’re looking for someone who understands that relationship-focused sales is not just about closing a lead. It’s about understanding people, building trust, following up consistently, and helping customers through their journey.

What you’ll do

- Connect with prospective and existing customers through calls and other communication channels
- Understand individual customer requirements and recommend suitable services
- Manage leads, follow-ups, conversions, and ongoing customer relationships
- Build trust and maintain meaningful engagement with customers
- Support customers throughout their membership and service journey
- Maintain accurate customer and interaction records in CRM systems
- Work towards sales, conversion, engagement, and retention goals
- Coordinate internally to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Identify opportunities for referrals, renewals, and continued engagement

What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience preferred, ideally in matrimony, matchmaking,



relationship management, membership sales, or a similar customer-facing industry
- Prior matrimony industry experience is strongly preferred
- Solid sales, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Good English and Tamil communication
- Confident, presentable, and comfortable speaking with customers
- Genuine interest in understanding customer needs and helping them find the right solution
- Comfortable working with targets and maintaining structured follow-ups
- Familiarity with CRM/customer management systems is an advantage

Location: Chennai / South India preferred Employment Type: Full-Time
