We are looking for a Sales Representative who will be responsible for interacting with prospective customers, coordinating and conducting site visits, explaining project features, and supporting the sales team in converting enquiries into bookings.

Job Summary The Sales Representative will be the primary point of contact for customers during their site visit journey. The candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers, understanding their requirements, accompanying them to project sites, explaining the project's location, amenities, approvals and payment options, and following up with interested customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective customers generated through digital marketing, phone enquiries and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and investment objectives.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits with prospective customers.
- Accompany customers to project locations and provide a professional site tour.
- Explain project details including:
- Location and connectivity
- Plot sizes and availability
- Project layout
- Amenities and facilities
- DTCP / RERA approvals
- Pricing and payment plans
- EMI / financing options
- Future development plans
- Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with prospective customers.




- Address basic customer questions and coordinate with the sales/management team for technical or commercial queries.
- Follow up with customers after site visits through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, site visits, follow-ups and sales status.
- Update daily customer and site-visit reports.
- Work towards achieving monthly site visit and sales conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to move qualified prospects towards booking.
- Provide regular feedback on customer requirements, objections and market response.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is:
- Valuable at communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers in Tamil and English.
- Friendly, confident and approachable.
- Willing to travel locally to project sites.
- Comfortable driving or travelling with customers to site locations.
- Interested in sales and customer relationship management.
- Able to follow up consistently with prospective customers.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve results.




- Presentable and professional when interacting with customers.

Preferred Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's degree / Diploma.
- Previous experience in real estate sales, automobile sales, banking, insurance, retail sales or customer relationship management will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
- A valid driving licence and ability to travel locally will be preferred.
