The Clinical & Sales Associate will manage surgeon and hospital staff relationships on all case-related matters. Working closely with the HOD, this individual will contribute to sales growth through consistent surgeon engagement, accurate case tracking, and responsive field support, while upholding the highest standards of clinical service and professionalism.
- Provide dedicated operating theatre coverage during procedures.
- Develop and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with surgeons, OT staff, and hospital administration.
- Manage end-to-end case coordination - booking confirmation, product logistics, and post-procedure follow-up.
- Partner with the HOD on sales visits, order follow-ups, and tender-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records of case volumes, product usage, and surgeon-wise conversion trends.
- Address surgeon queries on product specifications, sizing, and technique.
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Demonstrated experience working in OT/case-based clinical environments.
- Strong working knowledge of medical device products and clinical procedures.
- High attention to detail with solid organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in time-sensitive, procedure-driven settings.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
