Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Recruiter role based in Gurugram.

The Sales

Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for sales positions, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers and onboarding. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, defining role requirements, and building effective recruitment strategies to attract high-performing sales talent.

manage recruitment-related documentation, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The role also includes regular communication with internal stakeholders, tracking recruitment metrics, and supporting continuous improvement of hiring practices.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Sales Recruitment and Hiring, with a track record of placing high-performing sales professionals.
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Account Management capabilities to build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage candidates and collaborate across teams.
- Prior experience recruiting in real estate, sales, or related industries preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
