? Hiring: S&OP; / Demand & Supply Planning Professional

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) professional to join our team and drive effective coordination between Sales, Demand Planning, Procurement, Inventory, and Operations.

? Key Responsibilities• Develop and maintain monthly & weekly Sales and Operations Plans

- Prepare and analyze demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and business inputs
- Monitor actual sales vs. forecast and identify gaps, trends, and risks
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Production, Warehouse, and Finance teams
- Ensure product/material availability as per business requirements
- Prepare inventory plans and monitor stock levels, slow-moving inventory, and stock-outs
- Align supply plans with demand and procurement requirements
- Identify capacity constraints, supply shortages, and operational bottlenecks
- Conduct regular S&OP; meetings and prepare management reports & dashboards
- Track KPIs including forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, service level, stock availability, and plan adherence
- Support business planning, budgeting, and capacity planning




- Drive continuous improvement in planning and forecasting processes

? Required Skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of S&OP;, Demand Planning, Supply Planning & Inventory Management
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar is preferred
- Solid communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Good reporting and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

? Qualification & Experience? Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field

? 5–10 years of relevant experience in S&OP;, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Sales Planning, or Operations Planning
