Main responsibility:One person should take ownership of the complete order cycle:

- Client Management

- Maintain caterer, hotel, restaurant and distributor database

- Regular WhatsApp/call follow-ups

- Take repeat orders

- Handle complaints and replacement requests

- Develop relationships with key caterers

- Order Management

- Receive orders through WhatsApp/call

- Enter every order into Excel/CRM

- Confirm quantity, bottle type, branding and delivery date

- Coordinate with production

- Track pending and completed orders

- Customized 200 ml Bottle Orders

- Take customer’s logo/design

- Coordinate artwork/label approval

- Confirm quantity and rate

- Schedule production

- Ensure customized bottles reach the correct customer

- Dispatch & Delivery

- Prepare daily dispatch plan

- Coordinate with driver/delivery person

- Maintain delivery challans

- Confirm delivery with customer

- Track pending deliveries

- Payment Follow-up

- Maintain customer outstanding list

- Follow up for payments

- Coordinate with accounts

- Send invoices/receipts where required

- Daily Management Report

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
