Role Description The Sales Operation Intern will support the sales team by maintaining and updating sales data, preparing reports, and assisting with pipeline tracking and performance metrics. This full-time, in office role in Gurugram involves coordinating with sales representatives, helping streamline internal processes, and ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions and opportunities. The intern will assist in preparing presentations and sales materials, contribute to customer service follow-ups,
and help improve the efficiency of sales operations tools and workflows.
The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, resolve data-related issues, and support ongoing sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Effective communication and customer service skills to interact with internal stakeholders and clients professionally.
- Foundational understanding of sales and sales operations, including familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other productivity tools; experience with data entry and reporting is an advantage.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Interest in the cyber security or technology sector and willingness to learn about network security products.
