Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a designated territory to achieve sales targets through effective field sales activities.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

- Conduct market research to identify new business prospects and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

- 4-9 years of experience in area sales, b2b sales, direct sales, or territory sales.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced workplace.

- Strong understanding of the building material industry and its dynamics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
