Role & responsibilities

- Drive Primary & Secondary Sales across the assigned territory.

- Manage and develop distributor network to achieve business objectives.

- Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver target achievement.

- Expand market coverage, distribution reach, and outlet penetration.

- Ensure effective execution in the General Trade (GT) channel.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

- Track sales performance and ensure timely reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate/MBA preferred.

- Experience in FMCG/FMCD General Trade sales.

- Solid distributor and team management experience.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
