Job Purpose:

Source & disburse core business Working Capital Finance (FB and NFB).

Cross-sell products like Insurance, CASA, cards.

Ensure Portfolio Growth and Management in line with business objectives.

Achieve overall business targets on volumes, profitability, and NTB customers for Infrastructure Finance Group.

Job Responsibilities:

Business Sourcing/Asset Growth:

Source business from open market, dealers, and branches.

Achieve monthly business targets.

Identify potential clients for asset growth.

Increase Asset Product Mix (CC/OD/WCDL/TL/DRUL).

Acquire new customers (NTB) to increase the asset book.

Drive sourcing through all channels.

Interact with branches for current business opportunities.

Identify transportation and logistic clients, dealers, and extend Working Capital, Inventory funding, and warehouse funding.

Manage disbursement & renewal documentation.

Develop relationship with branch banking team to increase sourcing/service existing portfolio.

Collateral Management based on aging of vehicles/collateral.

Provide end-to-end services to sourced customers
