- Generate Gold Loan customers through field visits, cold calling, references, and marketing activities.
- Follow up on branch leads and convert them into customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Meet at least 10 recent customers daily and maintain daily sales reports.
- Explain Gold Loan schemes, interest, renewal, and other product details to customers.
- Coordinate with the branch team for smooth customer onboarding.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and customer meetings.
- Build good customer relationships and generate referrals.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Gold Loan / Banking / NBFC / Sales.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Experience in field sales and lead generation.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
