We are looking for Customer Relationship Officer to create long-term trusting relationship with customers. This shall be a table job.

Candidate should be BBA, B.Com, B.A , B.Sc. or Diploma Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics). Freshers will be preferred. Should be fluent in spoken and written English & Hindi. Candidate should be soft spoken with good communication, understanding and analytical skills. You shall be provided with company SIM card.

Job Profile involves (but is not limited to following)

1. Reporting to Customers related to Prevailing Orders
2. Co-Ordination Between Company and Customers
3. Regular Calls to Existing and Potential Customers for Business Relations, Lead Generation and to increase Sales

4. Taking Periodic Customer Feedback
5. Cross Sales to existing Clients through phone calls / emails
6. Handling enquires generated through digital platforms
7. Reports Generation related to Customer Satisfaction, Customer Complaints, Customer Survey, Sales Leads, etc.
