Sales Officer – Consumer LAP (Loan Against Property)

Job Responsibilities

- Generate Consumer LAP leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and marketing activities.
- Follow up with branch leads and convert them into customers.
- Visit the local market/catchment area to identify potential customers.
- Explain loan products, features, eligibility, and benefits to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest the suitable loan product.
- Collect and verify required documents as per the login checklist.
- Convert leads into loan applications/logins and follow up until processing.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
- Collect 2 customer references for generating current leads.




- Coordinate with the branch team for smooth processing.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in LAP, Loan Sales, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Experience in field sales and lead generation.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
