Key Responsibilities
- Appoint and manage distributors.
- Develop retail outlets and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Increase COMEY brand presence in the assigned territory.
- Monitor distributor performance, collections, inventory and secondary sales.
- Ensure regular market visits and retailer relationship management.
- Prepare and execute monthly sales and expansion plans.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in apparel / fashion / FMCG or retail distribution sales.
- Strong knowledge of market and distributor network.
- Proven experience in primary and secondary sales and target achievement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
