Key Responsibilities :
Drive Sales Growth : Achieve primary and secondary sales targets within the assigned territory of Rajkot.
Network Expansion : Appoint new dealers/distributors and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners, contractors, and influencers.
Market Execution : Implement brand promotional activities, manage local campaigns, and execute go-to-market strategies.
Competitor Tracking : Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities,
and report trends to leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience : 2 to 5 years of proven experience in field sales (preferably from Adhesives, Paints, Construction Chemicals, or Building Materials industries).
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.
Skills: Strong local market knowledge of Rajkot and surrounding regions, excellent negotiation skills, and a high drive for results.
Language Proficiency : Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
