Platforms: Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit & other e-commerce marketplaces

Key Areas

- Marketplace sales & growth – Driving revenue through strategic pricing, promotions, and category expansion
- Product listings & catalogue management – Optimizing titles, descriptions, images, and A content for SEO and conversion
- Inventory management – Forecasting demand, managing stock levels, and preventing stockouts/overstock
- Order fulfilment – Ensuring timely dispatch, managing returns (RTO/RTS), and maintaining high seller performance metrics
- Logistics & coordination – Partnering with 3PLs, tracking delivery performance, and resolving fulfillment issues
- Marketplace operations – Monitoring KPIs (e.g., order defect rate, late shipment rate), resolving seller center issues, and ensuring compliance

Key Skills & Tools: SEO optimization for product listings, Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), analytics tools (e.g., Helium 10, Keepa), communication & stakeholder management
