Sales & Marketing – Publishing

Experience: 3–4 years | Full-time | Bangalore

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing professional to join our publishing house. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in publishing, books, media, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and expand distribution across bookstores, distributors, institutions, and other channels.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for books, authors, and new releases.
- Build strong relationships with booksellers, readers, institutions, and literary organisations.
- Plan and support book launches, literary events, festivals, and author engagements.
- Identify new sales and marketing opportunities and take ownership of execution.
- Track sales, market trends, and campaign performance.

We’re Looking For

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.




- A genuine interest in literature, books, and the publishing world.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- A strong sales orientation and ability to work towards targets.
- Highly driven, proactive, and willing to work hard.
- Creative, organised, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
