Role Description The Sales & Marketing Specialist - Retail is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves managing retail sales & marketing activities, engaging with customers through chat & talk, and promoting astrology-related products and services. The specialist will develop and execute retail marketing campaigns,
coordinate promotions, and support brand visibility in online platforms.
Day-to-day tasks include customer engagement, re-engagement, tracking sales performance. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align retail strategies with broader marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- Analyze data and optimize sales funnels
- Drive revenue growth and own targets
- Build strong customer retention strategies
- Plan and run online campaigns
- Achieve targets and earn incentives on top
- Exposure to Sales Management activities such as setting targets, monitoring performance, and reporting key metrics.
- Relevant experience in D2C, retail, e-commerce, familiarity with astrology or spiritual products is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in office in Ahmedabad.
