About the Role

Innospire Business Park is looking for an experienced and industry-oriented Marketing Trainer with strong knowledge of traditional marketing, sales, product management, public relations, and business development.

The ideal candidate should have practical industry experience and the ability to translate marketing concepts into real-world strategies, projects, case studies, and hands-on activities while mentoring students toward industry readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical, industry-oriented training sessions in Marketing and Sales.
- Train students in traditional marketing, modern marketing strategies, sales, product management, and public relations.
- Teach fundamentals of market research, customer segmentation, positioning, targeting, and marketing strategy.
- Train students in developing marketing plans, go-to-market strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Provide practical training in sales techniques, lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, pitching, and relationship management.
- Introduce students to product management fundamentals, including product research, product positioning, customer needs, product lifecycle, and go-to-market planning.
- Train students in Public Relations (PR), media communication, brand reputation, press releases, and corporate communication.
- Teach students how to analyze competitors, markets, customers, and industry trends.
- Use real-world case studies, business examples, role plays, simulations, and practical assignments to enhance learning.
- Guide students through live marketing and sales projects.




- Mentor students on developing professional presentations, marketing plans, sales pitches, and business proposals.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop practical assignments and project-based learning modules.
- Stay updated with evolving marketing strategies, consumer behavior, sales practices, product trends, and communication techniques.
- Help students develop industry-ready skills and professional portfolios.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of skilled experience in Marketing, Sales, Product Management, PR, Business Development, or a related field.
- Strong practical knowledge of marketing strategy and sales.
- Experience in traditional marketing, customer acquisition, lead generation, and promotional campaigns.
- Knowledge of product management and go-to-market strategies.
- Understanding of Public Relations, corporate communication, media relations, and brand reputation management.
- Strong knowledge of market research, consumer behavior, competitor analysis, segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to explain marketing and business concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Strong mentoring and student-handling skills.




- Passion for teaching and developing future marketing professionals.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with training institutes, colleges, universities, or students.
- Experience handling marketing campaigns, sales teams, product launches, or PR initiatives.
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing and sales.
- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Professional certifications in Marketing, Sales, Product Management, or PR are an advantage.
- Candidates with demonstrated industry projects, case studies, or a professional portfolio are preferred.
