About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Marketing Manager to join NRIParentService & Preventia360.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management, be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, and have the ability to learn quickly and turn ideas into effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage the monthly marketing calendar and marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.
- Manage social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement, views, and overall social media presence.
- Monitor social media performance and analyze insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate content creation, including reels, videos, posts, stories, and other promotional content.
- Stay updated with current social media trends and identify opportunities to create engaging content.
- Work closely with the management and creative team to develop new marketing ideas.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.




- Explore new digital marketing channels and strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Requirements

- Relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Brand Marketing, or a related field.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking with a good understanding of current social media trends.
- Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Quick learner who can adapt to new tools, platforms, and changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team.
- Willingness to take ownership and work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Pay: ₹11,451.10 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Hyderabad, Telangana 500099: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
