Role Description This is a full time Sales Marketing role based in Mumbai . The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities,



managing existing client relationships, and promoting the company’s chemical process equipment portfolio in target industries PAN India. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing and presenting technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with internal engineering and production teams, and following up on inquiries to convert leads into orders.

The Sales

Marketing professional will also support customer service activities, assist in handling client feedback, participate in sales reviews, and help develop marketing materials and campaigns that align with the company’s growth objectives. The role requires frequent interaction with clients, site visits as needed, and maintaining accurate sales and pipeline reports.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, with Engineering & Technical knowledge of Company's Range of equipment listed above including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Customer Service and client relationship management skills to ensure responsive and solution-oriented support.
- Sales and Sales Management capabilities to drive lead generation, negotiations, and closure of opportunities.
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM tools) and familiarity with sales reporting.
