You will work closely with the sales, engineering, and management teams to target key decision-makers including builders, architects, contractors, and property developers

Key Responsibilities

- B2B & B2C Promotion: Promote residential, commercial, and industrial lift solutions and maintenance services to potential clients.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and structural engineers for project specifications.
- Lead Generation: Support the sales cycle by generating, tracking, and qualifying new business enquiries and leads.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, promotional events, and industry exhibitions.
- Content Creation: Create marketing collateral such as product brochures, technical data sheets, newsletters, and digital ad copy.
- Digital & Social Presence: Manage the company’s online branding, social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), and website updates.




- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and upcoming real estate projects in the assigned region.
- Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyze lead conversion metrics, and present weekly progress reports to management.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Engineering background or diploma is a strong plus).
- Experience: 5 years of proven marketing experience, ideally within the elevator, construction, or heavy machinery/building materials sector.
- Skills:
- Solid communication, networking, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM software.
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles in the construction or real estate industry.
