:

- Generate leads and identify current business opportunities in the construction sector.

- Meet clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable construction solutions.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

- Handle site visits, client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

- Coordinate with the project and execution teams to ensure smooth customer handling.

- Maintain sales reports, leads, and customer records.

Requirements:

- 1–5 years of experience in construction / real estate / building materials sales.

- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong lead-generation and follow-up skills.

Location: Chennai

Department: Sales & Marketing (CONSTRUCTION)

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

- Knowledge of the local construction/real-estate market is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
