Agilecorp Innovations Private Limited is looking for an energetic, target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to grow our solar EPC business across Kolkata and West Bengal.

The role involves identifying prospective customers, generating qualified leads and converting opportunities into rooftop solar projects across the commercial, industrial and residential segments.

- Identify and approach potential customers for rooftop solar installations.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, channel partners, networking and digital enquiries.
- Conduct preliminary customer discussions and collect electricity bills, site details and project requirements.
- Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys, system design, project costing and proposals.
- Present solar solutions, financial savings, ROI and project benefits to customers.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales within approved pricing guidelines.
- Build relationships with businesses, factories, commercial establishments, housing societies, institutions and homeowners.
- Develop local referral partners, electrical contractors, consultants and other channel networks.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals and follow-ups.
- Track competitor pricing, market developments and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with project and operations teams after order confirmation to ensure a smooth customer handover.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events and local business meetings.

- Consistent customer meetings, site-visit coordination and proposal submissions.
- Improvement in lead-to-order conversion ratio.
- Development of referral and channel-partner networks across West Bengal.
- Timely follow-up and movement of opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Collection of customer advances and commercial documents within agreed timelines.
- Expansion of Agilecorp’s presence in targeted commercial, industrial and residential markets.
- Accurate and timely submission of sales activity and pipeline reports.
- Strong customer relationships resulting in referrals and repeat business.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate or MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Business Management or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in solar, electrical products, EPC, real estate, construction materials or B2B field sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in solar sales may also apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills in Bengali, Hindi and English.
- Comfortable with field visits and travelling across West Bengal.
- Ability to understand basic commercial calculations, electricity bills, solar savings and ROI.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and capable of working with sales targets.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence would be preferred.
