We are looking for enthusiastic MBA students specializing in Sales & Marketing who want hands-on field experience going shop-to-shop, interacting with local business owners, and introducing practical software solutions.

? Location: On-site in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh

? Position: Sales & Marketing Intern (MBA)

? Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 / month

? Incentives: 10% of the overall converted leads (Performance-based)

? What You Will Do

- Field Execution: Go shop-to-shop and meet local business owners, merchants, and retailers across Gorakhpur.
- Problem Discovery: Understand their day-to-day business challenges regarding billing, inventory, and customer management.
- Pitch Solutions: Present Morfikos’ software products and digital solutions clearly and confidently.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential B2B leads, schedule product demonstrations, and drive conversions from initial contact to close.
- Relationship Building:



Maintain ongoing communication and professional relationships with prospective and converted clients.
- Sales Tracking: Keep a clean log of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
